CHEBY - Version 1.1B
These programs are helpful in designing lowpass, highpass and bandpass filters
based on Chebyscheff polynomials. Use CHEBY87.COM for machines having an
8087 numeric co-processor installed, and CHEBYBCD.COM on machines without
an 8087.
The basic functions are as follows:
o Frequency - enter a new center/cutoff frequency in hertz
o Bandwidth - enter a new bandwidth in hertz (bandpass filters only)
o Number Poles - enter new number of lowpass poles (1-9)
o Ripple - enter passband ripple factor in decibels
o Impedance - enter new input/output impedance in ohms
o Help - display this menu
o Print - print out filter characteristics to standard line printer
o Save - save filter parameters to a disk file
o Recall - load filter parameters from a disk file
o Consulting - read the Soln Laboratories advertisement
o Quit - return to DOS
This useful utility is provided to you free of charge by the engineering
